Mobilegeddon – All About New Mobile Friendly Update

It is now few weeks that everybody is talking about Google new update. Google had updated new ranking algorithm that help to boost mobile friendly pages in Google Mobile search results.

Google as launched this update by the name of “Mobilegeddon”.

The aim is to significantly changing the mobile search results to give preference to mobile ready web sites over non mobile ready web sites. But a week after the launch, has it really been such a significant update?

Google did confirm that the roll out began on Tuesday, April 21st. Some website actually began noticed shifts in the mobile results. But those shifts were not significant.

Google have also provided Mobile-Friendly Test Tool to check your website page is mobile friendly are not.  Even it has provided some guideline in “Get Started ” tab.
